At Best Milk Frother, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items due to misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at bestmilkfrother.info@gmail.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, email us at bestmilkfrother.info@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • A photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
  3. Contact your bank.
